Our master cheese makers’ creations have raised the interest of even the most refined palates, which is why they’ve been awarded several prestigious prizes in their category.
Congratulations to some outstanding cheeses. Vacherin and Cendré de Lune were both finalists in their respective categories at Sélection Caseus 2008, a fine cheese competition in Quebec.
