Cendré de Lune
The Cendré de Lune is inspired by our Triple Crème, which is the winner of numerous prizes, including first in its category at the 2006 Canadian Cheese Grand Prix. This soft cheese is produced according to traditional methods and covered in vegetable ash. The fact that it is made from cow's milk makes this cheese unique since ash is usually used on goat cheese. Enjoy its peppery taste and creamy texture. Poets have long been inspired by the moon to describe beauty and good taste, which is why we recreated the mythical look of lunar ash with the Cendré de Lune.
