Fleur de Lys

Lovers of Quebec’s fine cheeses will be delighted with this new product named after the provincial emblem. With its melting and unctuous texture, Fleur de Lys offers a subtle fruity taste and releases woody and hazelnut aromas in mouth. Its rind is covered in a white and beige blanket with a glint of straw yellow. As the cheese reaches maturity, orange dots may appear on the rind. Though firm, the paste is not resistant to the touch.
