Kingsberg is a pressed, uncooked Emmental cheese. This interior-ripened cheese features a smooth, delicate rind with a yellowish hue. Its cream-coloured paste is filled with little holes called “eyes.” This cheese took first place in its category at the Canadian Cheese Grand Prix.
