La Raclette DuVillage

La Raclette DuVillage is a slightly supple semi-soft, surface-ripened cheese. In addition to its bouquet, it offers a fruity flavour with soft notes of salted butter, and a pronounced aroma. The even texture of our Raclette makes it easy to melt. Try it with potatoes, gherkins, pickled onions, cured meats or fondue meat. This cheese is often called fromage à racler (French for “scraping cheese”) in reference to the way it was traditionally eaten.
