Le Cendré
Le Cendré is an uncooked, semi-soft, surface-ripened pressed cheese with a washed rind. Its supple, wheat-coloured paste features a horizontal stripe of vegetable ash. Served young, this cheese presents a mild, fruity flavour and aromas of hazelnut and hay. Once ripened, its clean taste will please even the most discriminating palates.
