Le Petit Brie DuVillage is a soft cheese with a bloomy rind. Made using traditional methods developed by our master cheese makers, this cheese offers exceptional taste and texture. Its white rind has a reddish tint that develops as the cheese ripens. Le Petit Brie DuVillage’s creamy and velvety paste presents notes of butter and mushrooms. Young, it is firm and delicate. Semi-ripened, it is tender and savoury. Fully ripened, it is strong and flavourful.
