Saint-Paulin
Saint-Paulin is a semi-firm cheese. Its rind is coated with an orange-coloured wax, which is slightly humid and elastic to the touch. Tender and soft in texture, it has a delicately discrete taste and a light and pleasant aroma. The Saint-Paulin is an excellent cheese that is often served at the end of a meal. You can also serve it as a snack or include it on a cheese plate.
